Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Not only one of most anticipated movies of the year but also mysterious as well. Being a Stand Alone Star Wars Movie, Its Story Line would be something far different from the usual Star Wars we are used to watching. The Trailers have depicted the use of martial arts this time as well alongside new characters.

Just when we were struck by the News of involvement of Darth Vader in the Movie plot, EW reveals a full character list as well shining light on the character played by Ben Mendelsohn. mysterious white-caped character has been revealed and its not A Grand Admiral But Director Orson Krennic. Numerous Speculations were made making him portray of the canon characters that is the Grand Admiral but yet he is playing a character that isnt that rare as well

The “Director” title was introduced in two of the new canon novels published since Disney purchased Lucasfilm. Just as the name suggests, they are associated with one of the sections of the empire.  like the ISB, the Imperial Security Bureau. its first appearance was made in Tarken and New Dawn.

Executive Producer John Knoll has quoted the character to be “really smart and really effective”villain in the empire and is head of Deathtroopers, the elite special forces unit of the Imperial military (those are the new black armored Stormtroopers seen in the trailers). his hunger for more power and determination to climb up the ranks at all cost is what the nature of empire will be based on. He also Quoted that  There is a lot of palace intrigue going on in the Empire, with people conspiring to move up the ranks and sabotaging each other. There’s not a lot of loyalty there”
